A man was arrested Friday, May 9, 2025, after allegedly ramming his vehicle into another during a road rage incident outside a Dollar Tree in Spring.
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the store in the 100 block of East Louetta Road and detained the suspect, identified as 59-year-old Arturo Villarreal. Authorities discovered that Villarreal had his one-year-old and 17-year-old granddaughters in the vehicle with him at the time of the incident.
According to investigators, the altercation began after an exchange of words between the two drivers. The complainant reportedly threw a burrito at Villarreal’s vehicle and followed him through the parking lot.
