HONOLULU (Island News) – A multi-car crash caused multiple lane closures on Monday afternoon.
The Hawaii Department of Transportation reported that a three-car collision occurred on the H-3 Fwy at approximately 12:08 p.m. in the Honolulu-bound direction about half way through the Harano Tunnel.
