AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – Flooding on Cedar Creek Road may look really bad to some of you at home, but this is not shocking to families who live on the Aiken County road.
It’s like clockwork every time it rains. You can see the road completely washed away.
The carved-out sections on each side of the dirt road are waist-deep.
