MILTON, Fla. — The new Milton police chief will be ceremoniously sworn in on Tuesday. Jennifer Frank is already on the job though, in uniform and meeting the community.
Chief Frank joined WEAR News in studio. Her sense of humor is as apparent as her passion for the community. Funny thing is, law enforcement wasn’t her original career.
