EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A new, full-service veterinary clinic designed to offer care for low-income families is set to open in East Providence.
Potter League for Animals announced that Pets In Need Veterinary Clinic would permanently close its doors at the end of April, citing “financial constraints that have made it impossible to sustain the clinic’s services.”
