A nearly 120-year-old San Francisco hardware store is set to close by the end of the month after struggling to generate enough revenue.
Pacific Heights Hardware, at 2828 California St., across the road from buzzy bakery B. Patisserie, has been “consistently slow” over the past few years, Lisa Schmid, an employee at the hardware store, told SFGATE.
