The Chicago Police Department has arrested three men in connection with the shooting of two people on the West Side. The accusations against the suspected perpetrators range from aggravated violence with a firearm to possession of a stolen car.
Dalvin Mullen, 27, is charged with various offenses, including felonies for aggravated violence and discharging a handgun, aggravated fleeing with an altered registration plate, and possession of a substance with intent to manufacture, among others.
He was apprehended on the 100 block of N. Lotus Ave. Meanwhile, Byjon Grant, 18, and Byron Atkins, 19, who were both arrested on the 800 block of N. Kolin Ave., have each been charged with one count of felony aggravated battery with a firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in a vehicle while under the age of 21.
