BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Two teens have been charged after turning themselves in to police for the armed robbery of a 17-year-old last week.
According to police, on May 7, in the 4600 block of Harford Road, a group of juveniles approached the victim as he waited at a bus stop on his way to work.
