More than 40 participating restaurants have been announced for the 2025 Taste of Buffalo, which will be held July 12 and 13 along Delaware Avenue and Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo.
There will be a dozen restaurants participating for the first time, including Caribbean Taste, Genesee Brew House and Roaming Bison BBQ, The Rockstar Kitchen Pop-Up will feature Buffalo chefs selling their signature dishes and there will also be a surprise fourth pop-up featuring a national food-industry brand announced in the coming weeks.
“This year’s restaurant lineup features a delicious and diverse selection of cuisines from across the region that perfectly exemplifies why Buffalo’s food scene is one of the best in the nation,” 2025 Taste of Buffalo Chair Matthew Reis said in a statement. “The Taste has been one of Buffalo’s premiere yearly events for decades because there is truly something for everyone and every dollar spent supports local businesses and charitable organizations.”…
