RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — Officials arrested a woman wanted in connection with a child neglect investigation, three days after authorities posted a public alert.
According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, Tiffany Jackson, 39, who was wanted for unlawful conduct toward a child, was taken into custody on Monday.
