FAM WEL Being (FAMily-centered WEight Loss for Black Adults) is a FREE wellness program provided by the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill Center For Health Promotion & Disease Prevention and designed specifically for Black adults ages 18 to 75 who are ready to take charge of their health—together. Whether it’s your spouse, sibling, cousin, best friend, or frat brother, invite a loved one to join you in 16 group sessions across six months, plus up to 10 family check-ins and two in-person measurement visits.
