Air traffic controller shortage cause delays

WASHINGTON (NEXSTAR) – Travelers flying through Newark Liberty International Airport should prepare for disruptions. The U.S. Department of Transportation has announced that the number of flights at Newark will be significantly reduced over the next several weeks due to ongoing radar outages and a critical shortage of air traffic controllers.
