Osceola County Residents Warned of Upcoming Utility Disruptions on South Poinciana Boulevard

Residents and businesses along South Poinciana Boulevard between Green Lakes Farms and Liberty High School, extending to the Isles of Bellalago, should brace themselves for temporary utility disruptions impacting reclaimed water and wastewater pressure levels. According to Osceola County’s official website, the Toho Water Authority has announced that this inconvenience is necessary for installing a new water and wastewater system linked with the road improvements on Poinciana Boulevard.

According to the issued notice, two specific periods will experience these service interruptions – the first beginning early at 4 a.m. on Monday, May 19, and Tuesday, May 20, affecting the area’s irrigation systems and again on Thursday, May 22, starting around 10 p.m., which will see impacts on the sewer system, and while these works are planned with expedience, users can expect their normal pressure to resume shortly thereafter on the same day, schedule changes might occur due to possible weather disruptions or other unforeseen events.
