WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) — Currently, Virginia law requires drivers and front seat passengers to wear a seatbelt. There was no requirement for adult passengers in the back to wear a seatbelt.
Christy King got that changed. She advocated for the new law in honor of her son.
