PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities have identified the man killed in Old Town on Sunday.
Froilan Ortiz, 49, of Portland was found dead after a shooting on NW Naito Parkway near the Steel Bridge around 7 a.m. Officers said his body was in the street.

A medical examiner determined that Ortiz died of homicide by gunshot wound. No arrests were made at the scene. Police say their investigation is ongoing.
