At the recent Albany mayoral debate sponsored by CBS6, moderator Tom Eschen asked candidates in the upcoming Democratic primary how they would solve the city’s “parking problem.”
I hoped that at least one of the four would respond by asking, “What parking problem?” That isn’t what happened.
