Caliber Joins Army PaYS to Boost Veteran Hiring

Caliber Collision and its affiliated brands have partnered with the U.S. Army through the Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program, offering military service members a direct pathway to post-service employment in the automotive repair industry.

The partnership was formalized during a signing ceremony at the NCO Academy of Fort Liberty in Fayetteville, NC, where Caliber leadership and senior Army officials, including Brig. Gen. Charles Morrison and Dan Dederick, civilian aide to the Secretary of the Army, celebrated the collaboration.

The Army PaYS Program guarantees participating service members at least five job interviews with partnering companies upon completion of their service commitment.
