A man and two women have been arrested following an investigation into the alleged neglect and prolonged abuse of six children in San Bernardino County.
Law enforcement began looking into the claims in February and identified Victorville residents Kenneth Key, 60, Tina Key, 60 and Katlynn Key, 23, as suspects, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department stated in a news release.
