CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Cop on a Rooftop returns Friday, as members of the Linn County Sheriff’s Office will be climbing up to the roof of the Dunkin’ location at Edgewood Rd SW in Cedar Rapids.
The annual event raises awareness and donations for Special Olympics Iowa.
