John Haisman, age 44, 323 S. 7th Ave, Winterset, was arrested for Driving While License Denied Or Revoked. This was a result of an accident investigation on May 12. Emily Gitch, Adel was on Hwy 169 at River Valley Drive, when she slowed for traffic in front of her. While she was slowing down for traffic, A truck driven by John Haisman, collided with the rear of Ms. Gitch’s van. Ms. Gitch was checked on scene by Dallas Co. EMS, but declined transport. Mr. Haisman reported no injuries. Damage to Ms. Gitch vehicle was estimated at $5000 and was able to drive away. Mr. Haisman’s vehicle had an estimated $5000 and was towed from the scene. Mr. Haisman was also cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.
Virgen Rodriguez Abad, Urbandale, was driving in the 31000 block of 250th St, when she lost control and rolled into the ditch. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000. Ms. Rodriguez Abad was cited for Failure To Maintain Control…
