FANNIN COUNTY, Tx (KTEN) – Investigators with the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office say 35-year-old Donnie Edwin Fonville is facing charges that stem from allegations that happened from late 2024 to early 2025.
Investigators found Fonville was ” involved in activities that present him with easy access to young children.”
