(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is investigating a shooting that occurred at an apartment complex in the Stratmoor area on Sunday, May 11.
According to EPSO, shortly after 8 p.m. on Sunday, multiple 911 calls were received reporting a shooting at the Hampton Village Apartments, off of B Street near South Academy Boulevard. Callers stated that they witnessed an argument between several men outside the complex, followed by the sound of gunfire.
When deputies arrived, they found an adult man with a gunshot wound to the leg. The man was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries…
