LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Developers have proposed a new Kroger to be built on the plot of land at 1811 Winchester Road in Lexington.
The surrounding neighborhoods include homes in the Executive Park area and the Patchen Wilkes Neighborhood.
In documents submitted to the city, developers also proposed buildings for potential restaurants and retails shops as well as 154 apartments to be built in the area…
