We have to think about the ‘greater good’ when it comes to RPMs

I have found reflective Raised Pavement Markers a very useful and helpful feature but mainly at curved sections of multi-modal paths (MMP). I don’t see them as having quite the same value in straightaways. By way of example, I frequent the Sea Breeze section. Where that path curves, I find the visual ahead of me quite helpful to stay on the path at night with my golf cart. I am also a bicyclist and a walker on these paths. In all cases I feel it the responsibility of the traveler to remain aware when using these trails. I hear and understand the concern about litigation given our current climate of these, an unfortunate situation. But when you consider the overall frequency of use of MMPs, golf cart utilization far exceeds use by cyclists and walkers who basically vanish from…..
