While on a routine patrol, Sebastopol’s Chief McDonagh managed to apprehend a wanted individual just going about his daily rounds. According to the Sebastopol Police Department’s Facebook page, at approximately 3:50 PM yesterday, McDonagh, who was conducting a security check, noticed something amiss: a blue Dodge that seemed to dodge the law, lacking a rear license plate on the 6000 block of Sebastopol Avenue.
