Man, 64, threatened with hammer, robbed on Bronx subway train: NYPD

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 64-year-old man was threatened with a hammer and robbed on a subway train in the Bronx last week, police said Wednesday.

The victim was riding on the northbound D train when he got into an argument with two women at around 2:25 a.m. on May 6, according to the NYPD.

The suspects allegedly threatened the man with a hammer and took his bookbag before getting off at the Fordham Road station, police said.
