LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Formula One is suing a Las Vegas-based wholesaler, alleging it sold counterfeit merchandise for the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for Nevada on Tuesday, accuses E & B Wholesalers, Inc. of counterfeiting and infringing on F1’s trademark.
