HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — The Haywood County Sheriff’s Office has an armored vehicle for the first time. It will play multiple roles, and the sheriff said it’s needed in this day and age.
The sheriff’s office describes their new armored vehicle as a bullet-resistant box that has many uses.
