CINCINNATI (WXIX) – There will be some fog in Wednesday morning’s forecast. Be on the lookout for showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Expect temperatures to top out in the mid 70s again Wednesday.
Thursday and Friday are First Alert Weather Days. The timing fir both days is similar with the severe threats evening and overnight. A few thunderstorms may be strong to severe with damaging wind gusts as the primary threat. These storms will most likely be during the late evening and linger into the overnight hours Friday and for Friday into the overnight hours of Saturday.
Thursday’s threat relies on the atmospheric “cap” to break, meaning that a layer of stable air aloft will try to inhibit storm development. If it holds, storms may be minimal and the threat will try to shift to Friday…
