COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A grand jury indicted a Columbus mother on several charges after she was arrested last week in connection with the death of her six-year-old child.
Ashley Fagan now faces murder, involuntary manslaughter, permitting child abuse, obstruction of justice, and endangering children. The offense dates for the indicted charges are mostly for April 13, 2025, with two counts—permitting child abuse and endangering children— listed as occurring on December 4, 2023.
