INDIANAPOLIS — Some people on Indy’s southside are dealing with extreme flooding issues. They say the water becomes so high, they can’t even park on their own street.
“Every time it rains, I think… Here we go again. Here we go again.”
That’s homeowner John Oliver, who lives on Edgecombe Avenue just north of the University of Indianapolis. He said the flooding has gotten so bad it’s hard to park in his driveway when it rains.
