SAN ANTONIO — One teenager is in custody and another is on the run after police say they pistol-whipped and robbed another teen on the northeast side.
SAPD says at about 11:37 a.m. Wednesday they received a call for a robbery at the Avistar at the Crest apartment complex, located in the 12660 block of Uhr Lane.
Once there, police say they found out that the situation involved two teenagers “making an exchange.”…
