Prisma Health announced a new milestone in their Home Recovery Care program.
The goal of the program is to offer “hospital-level care” to patients in their own homes, and the health provider says it has now served 2,000 patients through this program since its launch in 2019.
In a press release, Prisma Health senior vice president of Value Based Care & Clinical Integration said the announcement marks “a major milestone that marks our sustained success in serving the growing demand and patient preference for alternative care options.”…
