It is unbelievable that I am writing to you all one last time. Looking back on my time at UD, I never expected to be a part of The Cor Chronicle, never thought that I would be asked to take charge of and cherish a section of the newspaper for you all, and yet here I am.
My story at The Cor Chronicle is one of friendship and love, and so I am filled with gratitude. At the beginning of my junior year, a very good friend of mine encouraged me to sit in on Practicum and try writing an article, and so I did. She saw something in me that I did not see within myself, and for that I am grateful.
My time at The Cor Chronicle encouraged my growth and versatility as a writer, but more importantly, it encouraged my growth within the UD community. It has been such a joy to hold interviews, to speak with people who I otherwise would not, and to speak with them on matters that they hold close to their hearts. It has been such an honor to take their words and to protect them, and I have done my best to represent them well…
