The North Texas dining scene is ever-evolving, and it’s almost impossible to run out of things to eat. Those of us who manage to come close, however, have to think outside of the box. Yasha Persian Cuisine Pop-Up – Saint Valentine

Chef Amir Payrovan, best known as the mastermind behind the Vietnamese fare at Cosmo’s, is sharing modern interpretations of traditional Persian food at one of our favorite bars, Saint Valentine, this weekend. Inspired by family dinners he grew up on, Payrovan “hopes this quick dive helps diners explore more than kabobs,” according to a press statement. Menu items will include akbar chicken, marinated olives and a mahicheh dip sandwich and will be available from 5 p.m. until close.
