Present for the Aurora City Council on May 13 were Mayor Tony Kennedy, Chairman Pro Tem Jason Lewis, Councilwomen Dawn Oplinger and Theresa Pettit, and Councilman Josh Blades.
Kennedy reported attending the Legion Field clean-up day as well as an Aurora Downtown Project event at which Missouri State University students presented their findings on the economic and infrastructure possibilities of the Aurora downtown district.
Lewis extended a “thank you” to Pettit for organizing the spoiled food recycling event for Doty Trash Service for providing dumpsters both for the spoiled food and tree removal…
