Kent Police arrested a 35-year-old Kent man for investigation of first-degree assault domestic violence and other offenses after he reportedly attacked his wife, pointed a gun at her and attacked another family member who came to help the woman and children in the home.
Multiple officers responded at about 8:24 p.m. Wednesday, May 14 to a home along 118th Avenue SE on the East Hill after 911 calls reporting a domestic violence assault, according to a May 15 Kent Police statement.
Dispatch advised the officers that a family member called 911 to report that the man reportedly had assaulted his own wife, and he was known to carry firearms, according to police.
