TOLEDO, Ohio — Bob Kelly, a widely-heard and widely-beloved voice of Toledo airwaves for five decades, has died, a family spokesperson confirmed on Thursday. He was 84.
The spokesperson said Kelly, whose real name is Norm Plumer, died on his 84th birthday after a 14-year battle with Parkinson’s disease.
