Potter County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Shay Damon Burley Wednesday afternoon at 4:37pm in the vicinity of Southwest 10th and Bowie on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1. Deputies arrested Leon Anthony Jacobi Wednesday night at 11:19 in the area of Southwest 12th and Western on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1. Potter County arrested 27 year-old Eric James Martinez in the 500 block of South Filmore Wednesday at 8:46pm on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and three counts of Driving While Intoxicated. 44 year-old James Brandon O’Hair was arrested Wednesday at 9:30pm on charges of Driving While Intoxicated.
