EDWARDSVILLE — Charges against a second suspect in the July 2023 murder of a 19-year-old Madison man on July 25, 2023, were unsealed this week.
Joshua W. Jones, 21, of Madison, was originally indicted Sept. 21, 2023, for two counts of first-degree murder, both Class M felonies; and attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm, both Class X felonies.
