GOODYEAR, Ariz. — A French bulldog that was allegedly taken by a stranger in Goodyear has been reunited with its owner and police have arrested a suspect.
On April 30, a witness told Goodyear police they saw two dogs wandering in the roadway. The witness then reported seeing a car drive up, the driver picking up the bulldog and driving off.
