MARION COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – A 27-year-old woman was arrested Thursday after she shot and critically injured a 48-year-old man in Northeast Salem, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).
On Thursday at about 10 a.m., officers arrived at Tierra Drive in Northeast Salem after someone called saying they heard gunshots.
