The SCDOT has reported that a waterline break on Two Notch Rd. near Shakespeare Rd. in Richland County is causing traffic delays in the area.
The break occurred overnight during utility relocation efforts associated with a nearby bridge replacement project. According to the SCDOT, the road remains open and crews are working to make the necessary repairs and restore traffic flow.
