Last week’s violent encounter on Willow Pass Road that resulted in two people being stabbed has concluded with the arrest of two suspects. The Concord Police Department (CPD) patrol officers originally responded to the incident last Tuesday. The altercation stemmed from what was determined to be a dispute between rival gang members over graffiti tagging, according to a social media post from the Concord Police Department.
