What you probably don’t imagine is that it might smother you in hugs and kisses – unless that blanket is actually Shelly.
Shelly is a 5-year-old female dog who has been with Marion County Animal Services (MCAS) since September of 2024. She has a big, sweet personality and is described as the “biggest lap dog ever.” Shelly is very comfortable around new people and adapts well to new surroundings.
