PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — A 100 mph chase on I-95 near Palm Beach Gardens ended in a crash, a taser, a foot chase, and a tackle assist from two good Samaritans.
Around 7 p.m. Thursday, Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) troopers say they spotted a Mercedes SUV speeding 100 mph and cutting off vehicles while traveling northbound on I-95 near Donald Ross Road.
As the trooper began to chase the driver, later identified as 27-year-old Vincent Bell, he reportedly began to gain speed in an attempt to evade the trooper…
