WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – The sheriff’s office says an adult man was found dead in the forest preserve.
Just after 6 a.m. May 17, Winnebago County deputies and detectives responded to Espenscheid Memorial Forest Preserve for a report of a dead body.
