Cannes, France – Actress Mariska Hargitay graced the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of her directorial debut, a documentary about her mother, Jayne Mansfield, titled My Mom Jayne. Hargitay’s husband, Peter Hermann, and their three children, August, Amaya, and Andrew, joined her for this special occasion.
Hargitay stunned in an off-the-shoulder gown, a tribute to her mother’s iconic Hollywood glamour. The dress featured a black sash and dark pink sparkles, complemented by long black satin gloves and dangling silver earrings.
Her hair, styled in classic waves, completed the elegant look. Hermann and her sons looked dapper in tuxedos, while daughter Amaya, mirroring her mother’s sparkle, wore a charming black dress with shimmering embellishments.
The family’s presence marked a rare public appearance for Hargitay’s children, who occasionally accompany their parents to events.
My Mom Jayne explores Hargitay’s relationship with Mansfield, who tragically died when Hargitay was only three. Following its Cannes premiere, the film will have a limited theatrical release in June before airing on HBO on June 27.
