CLEVELAND (WJW) – Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has ordered that U.S. and Ohio flags be flown at half-staff in honor of the life and service of Cleveland Fire Cadet Symeon Williams.
Williams, 39, experienced a medical emergency during fitness training on Friday afternoon, according to Cleveland city officials.
