The Potter County Sheriff’s Department arrested 40-year-old Michael Onofre Apodaca Saturday at 6:18pm in the 5700 block of Amarillo Blvd West on charges of theft of property-2 previous convictions and tampering with evidence. Deputies arrested 26-year-old Zaneth Lane Montgomery Saturday at 11:29pm in the 600 block of South Jefferson on charges of un-authorized use of a vehicle, evading arrest and giving a false statement. Rodney Lyndell Parker was arrested Saturday at 8:29pm in the vicinity of Northwest 14th and Bonham on charges of un-authorized use of a vehicle.
